from the dept. TheCommunity Connection Center of Guadalupe is now open to help businesses start or improve. Services include access to computers and the Internet. Use of the center's meeting room is available to businesses as well. The center's tenants will assist locals with business loans, professional consultations and assistance, employee training, and computer and Internet training. The tenants are representatives from the Guadalupe Chamber of Commerce, South Central Coast Small Business Development Center, Women's Economic Ventures, Senior Core of Retired Executives, Allan Hancock College, Incubator 2000 tm, The Electric Connection, Century 21 Armstrong Realty, and Pacific Industrial Supplies. The center was planned and facilitated by the Guadalupe Chamber of Commerce with sponsorships and assisstance from the city of Guadalupe, the county of Santa Barbara, and the contributions of many volunteers and private companies.
